The windows 8 experience is going to adapted for Smaller sized devices. With it’s innovative use of gestures and Multitasking. This would be perfect for a 5-6 inch Smartphone. Something Windows Phone is struggling to achieve. And with snapview support also coming to smaller screened devices. You can watch videos while chatting with someone or browse another webpage at the same time. Also with Windows Blue and Windows Phone Blue Microsoft is looking to unify the Stores. This means it could run both Windows 8 and Windows Phone apps. And also the killer feature for me is that it can also run Bluestacks, Bluestacks is an application that can run Android Apps on Windows 8 or Mac devices. That means all these 500.000+ apps would be all yours. No more waiting for Apps to come out for Windows Phone. And if/when they do come out. You could just get the Windows Phone version from the Windows Store. And continue using it with the better Metro UI.
Powering this all would be a Quadcore X86 Atom Silvermont by Intel. Intel claims to have found a secret formula to beat any ARM based SoC. They claim that their Dualcore silvermont is faster and has better battery performance then a Quadcore ARM based processor. This phone would need a powerful quadcore Silvermont since it has to run Windows 8 and Bluestacks smoothly. The Quadcore Silvermont promises Double the Power and 4 times less battery usage of any Quadcore ARM based SoC today.
1080p Full HD display

Can run WP,Windows and Android apps.
There already exists a phone that will run windows 8 thats coming out somewhere in summer.
The I-mate intelegent, This phone is rocking a 4.7 inch 720p display and a powerful dualcore intel CloverTrail processor That was meant to be for Windows 8 tablets. So this can run Windows 8 smooth and snappy. That is a great start and I already can’t wait to see it’s successor..
